Writer, actor, musician and a Hamilton original. Tim Gibbons is as real as it gets.
He cut his teeth backing burlesque dancers in a Hamilton blues combo, tore up the '80s with The Shakers and The Trouble Boys, then went to Los Angeles with Daniel Lanois to play on the Oscar-winning Sling Blade soundtrack.
Solo or with The Swampbusters, the sound is deep roots and real feeling. No auto-tune. No fakery. Just the man and the craft.
